Vegan Ripe Avocado Choco Mousse Recipe

Riped avocados are ideal for desserts and baking recipes to give a creamy consistency or to thicken your dishes. Here you have the easiest way to start using them, just combining them with milk and chocolate (and adjusting quantities to get the consistency of your choice).

You can also use this recipe as a ganache or filling in other cakes, and you can experiment and make your own creations! For example, you can replace butter with riped avocados in traditional recipes (using half the amount of butter for mashed avocado), and enjoy the result!

It would be healthier and you would not notice the taste.

Vegan Ripe Avocado Choco Mousse Recipe

Preparation time: 15 minutes

125 ml or 1/2 cup of coconut milk

2 riped medium avocados

5 tbsp cacao powder

50 g dark or 1/4 cup chocolate(50% cacao or baking chocolate)

A pinch of salt

(Optional) Sweetener: 5 dates or 1/4 cup maple syrup

(Optional) 1 tbsp of vanilla

Toppings - anything you want! Nuts, coconut slices, melted chocolate, fruit....

1. First melt the chocolate, and then put everything in the blender, until it becomes completely smooth.

2. Serve in small cups or glasses and let it rest for a couple of hours in the fridge, it will

become thicker and creamy.

To make a sweeter version, you can add maple syrup or dates to the ingredients, just consider that if you use dates you may want to add a bit more of milk to get a smoother consistency.
