Seabuckthorn Green Breakfast Smoothie Recipe


Serves 2

Handful of Spinach or Kale

2 kiwis

1 pear

Dash of lime or lemon juice

1-2 teaspoons of Arctic Sea Buckthorn Powder (or any other Arctic Power Berries Powder)

3-4 cups of chosen milk or water

Also tastes epic with:

Pineapple, ice, honey, green grapes, cucumber, fresh mint, mango, orange juice, fresh ginger, bananas or flaxseeds.

To make the Smoothie:

1. Blend the ingredients together in a blender.

2. Add natural yogurt, soy, coconut or almond milk to soften the taste if you wish. Sweeten with pineapple or honey to your liking!
