Week 4 - Final Week Of The Equipe Challenge with Move Your Frame

Almost a month has flown by since we took on the #equipechallenge with Frame.

Now we are into the final week - week 4 - and we want to know how are you feeling?

How have you upped your fitness game since starting the challenge?

Taking on the challenge of 7x Frame classes a week is not for the faint hearted, you're a total bad-ass for changing up your fitness routine and following our variety-packed 4-week challenge!

Looking ahead to Week 4 of the #equipechallenge

On your final week give yourself a huge pat of the back - and maybe a massage while you're there!

It's really important to reflect on what you did well, what you are proud of yourself for and to remember that great change happens out of your comfort zone!

And hey - if you've had to rest up for any reason, make sure you continue listening to your body. Don't get too frustrated when you can't train - rest and recovery is vital for a balanced lifestyle.

Ease yourself back into exercising with a low-intensity classes at Frame and don't worry if you need to mix up the challenge classes! We most certainly did on Week 4 thanks to various life-admin / flat living / work commitments (take a gander below at what we did)!

Monday: Cardio Kettlebells

Tuesday: Yoga

Wednesday: TRX Train

Thursday: Yoga

Friday: Lift

Saturday 2x: Punch & Pad + Reformer Pilates

Sunday: Rest!!! You deserve it!

Tips for the #equipechallenge

- Now that you know Frame have showers and a cafe, there is no reason to ever leave, right?! Take full advantage with discount class prices with either the Frame top up card or membership for some hefty benefits.

- You choose the Frame Studio that is easiest for you to get to - Queen's Park, Shoreditch, Kings X, Victoria and look out for the 2 newest studios opening in 2018.

- Had a busy week and not yet started the plan? You can also start the challenge any time - just simply follow the plan for week 1, week 2 week 3 here.

- Feel free to mix up the order of the classes you do each week if that fits your schedule best - just make sure that you have a lower intensity day after each high intensity day to avoid total carnage!!
